A music studio built for a sound that’s anything but ordinary. 🎧🔥

We had the opportunity to transform this space into a completely custom music studio for Sickick — from the architectural details and acoustic environment to the lighting, finishes, and overall atmosphere.

This is just the preview.

The full behind-the-scenes walkthrough is coming next, where we’ll show you exactly how this space came together — from the first stage of construction to the finished studio.

And trust me… you’ll want to see what’s behind the walls. 👀

Our first byline in an architecture publication. Architect Today asked how builders can make handover easier for the teams who run a building after the contractors leave, and they ran Kam's answer as the lead section of the piece.

The short version, learned across 400+ GTA basements: walk the space with the people who will live with it. Manuals in a binder get shelved. An hour spent at the panel, the shutoffs, and the mechanical room sticks.
