Here we are a beautiful bathroom spa in our Ben Sinclair project in East Gwillimbury. This bathroom is consisted of a custom built clear cedar dry sauna, a steam shower, and dressed with gold accessories and faucets.

Our first byline in an architecture publication. Architect Today asked how builders can make handover easier for the teams who run a building after the contractors leave, and they ran Kam's answer as the lead section of the piece.

The short version, learned across 400+ GTA basements: walk the space with the people who will live with it. Manuals in a binder get shelved. An hour spent at the panel, the shutoffs, and the mechanical room sticks.
