🐾 Raccoon Prevention & Removal – Done Right
Today’s job included a full attic and roof inspection. We identified a vulnerable entry point and properly secured it to prevent future raccoon access.
The main entry point was professionally sealed and a one-way door was installed, allowing the raccoon to safely exit without returning.
⚠️ Prevention Tip:
Don’t wait until wildlife gets inside. Most raccoons enter through weak spots like roof vents, soffits, and roof edges. Securing these areas early can save you from major damage and costly repairs.

We’re approaching raccoon baby season — this is the time when raccoons are actively looking for safe nesting spots inside attics. Early prevention is key!
