Six modules. One crane. One day.
On September 23, we set a new backyard home in North York.
Built off-site. Trucked in as an oversize load. Lifted over the house and into the backyard.
That morning, the lot was empty.
By late afternoon, a home was sitting on its foundation.
This is what we believe the future of missing-middle housing can look like: more work done in the factory, less time spent on site.
