Unfortunately our landline is down (it may have been down all weekend). We apologize for any inconvenience and please ask that all inquiries be sent to [email protected] while we sort this out. Thank you!

As of September 1st, 2023 T.J. Developments & Roofing Ltd. has decided that we will no longer be able to take on metal roofs, this includes repairs as well. The jobs we have already committed to for the 2024 season will be the last metal jobs we complete for the foreseeable future.

This has been a difficult decision to make, however as the rate of construction in town continues to boom, we are unable to keep up with the demand for metal roofs on top of the demand for both shingle and torch-on. We have decided that moving forward, we will focus solely on torch-on and shingle work, which has always been the majority of our roofing, leaving the metal roofs to those who specialize in that area.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, if your new build or renovation is majority shingle or torch on with a very small metal portion we may be able to assist but this will be assessed on a job by job basis.

Our sister company Stoke Sheet Metal Bending will still be making flashings, nothing on that end will be changing.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out.

Thank you for your understanding,
The TJ team
