I definately notice the skill of cornering disappearing. They want to be practically pro but can't make a simple corner.
My real beef with riding new trail before its finished is this: its usually too soft/incomplete to ride the intended line so you put in an unsure, hesitant tire track which the next 10 people blindly follow. And they remember that sh*tty line even when it's open and the next thing you know everyone is riding that sh*tty awkward line instead of that sweet slightly tech section with the perfect line through it.
Rang interrupted, I could go on forever 😉

He spends his hours raking, digging and shoveling. He watches you cutting corners and blowing up berms. He’s had enough and tells you what's going on in his mind.
