We used a liquid-applied co-polymer “joint and transition membrane” reinforced with a polyester mesh on this Wood to ICF transition A sealer is used in conjunction with the mesh to seal window and door openings, over expansion joints, where dissimilar substrates meet and anywhere else water infiltration may be of concern. This system is great for waterproofing inset windows and doors! This house wasn't stucco, but the hand crafted siding turned out amazing.

Back before we started our company in Revelstoke. We travelled all over southern B.C. and Canada. This is a Commercial job we did for a Hutterite Colony in Manitoba. We applied one of our stucco systems directly over an ICF building. Finished it off with a unique traditional drag (teardrop) acrylic finish.
