We had the opportunity to work with Neilcorp Homes in Calabogie to finish the grading and final landscaping. Their latest model home is located in Granite Village. We will be completing the hydro seeding next week to top off the excellent craftsmanship.

We were able to finish up this project before the weekend. Newly built cottage that was in need of access to the dock, final grading, and a way to control the runoff from the drip edge of the roof.
We corrected the sub grade issues, constructed an armour stone set of stairs to the dock, hauled in, spread and graded all the topsoil, applied a fescue clover mix of hydro seed, and placed river rock over geotextile fabric around the foundation. It turned out great!

One of our latest fencing projects. The home owner wanted something different that looked good and offered privacy. After searching for products we decided to build the fence using Alumarch fencing with stone columns constructed by Spitznagel masonry. To accent the bottom we did a small knee wall using double sided techo-bloc brandon wall and raffinato cap. It turned out great!
