3 bedroom apartment on the top floor of a split house available for Aug 1st. Located in Renfrew near McDonald’s.

I had posted last month but our company got super busy and we were unable to move forward with screening. Due to this I am reposting today and am ready to send out applications.

- 2100 all inclusive with heat, hydro, water and central air.
- 3 bedrooms
- washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge and stove included.
- large yard (shared with downstairs tenant)
- storage shed
- parking for 2 vehicles
- quiet tenants are a MUST due to downstairs tenants
- proof of income and last rental reference required.
- no smoking or va**ng allowed inside the property.
