🏠 Another Foundation Regrade Completed!

We completed this regrade about 3 weeks ago after the grade along the back of the house had settled by roughly 8 inches, leaving poor drainage around the foundation and near the window area.

Because the existing ground was already quite high near the tree, simply adding more material wasn’t the right solution.

We scraped out approximately 6 inches of material from the high area first, allowing us to create a more gradual slope before building the grade back up along the foundation.

We then:

✅ Built up and compacted the grade along the house
✅ Created positive drainage away from the foundation
✅ Finished the yard area with fresh topsoil and grass seed
✅ Installed compacted clay and crusher dust along the foundation
✅ Finished the foundation area with rock for a clean, low-maintenance surface

Proper grading isn’t just about adding dirt — sometimes material needs to be removed first to create the right slope and get water moving away from the house.

Another Foundation Regrade Complete!
Another happy customer! 🙌 We regraded the area around this home to help direct water away from the foundation and improve drainage.
We also had irrigation lines running too close to the house, so we moved and adjusted the irrigation as part of the project to make sure everything was done properly. 💧
If water is pooling near your foundation or your yard is sloping toward the house, now is the time to get it fixed.
