Same bathroom. Much easier to use.

This Regina renovation replaced an older tiled tub and pedestal sink with a bright acrylic bath, a storage vanity, warm wood-look flooring and useful built-in storage.

The biggest difference is not one finish. It is that the room now works better for everyday use.

Which change would matter most in your bathroom: easier cleaning, more storage or a better layout?

White tile did not have to make this bathroom feel generic.

This Regina main bathroom pairs a bright tiled tub surround with black hex flooring, blue beadboard, bee-pattern wallpaper, an illuminated mirror and updated fixtures.

The durable materials do the practical work. The wallpaper gives the room its personality.

Would you keep the wallpaper or choose a different pattern?

This Pappas Crescent kitchen did not need a cosmetic refresh. The layout around it had to change.

Oakridge removed the entry closet and exterior door beside the kitchen, converted a dining-room window into a garden door, and rebuilt the room around black cabinetry, walnut details and a large island.

The result is a kitchen with room to gather and a better connection to the rest of the main floor.

One of the biggest bathroom renovation mistakes is choosing all the finishes before figuring out the layout.

A good bathroom starts with 3 decisions:

• How you actually use the room every day.
• Where the shower, vanity, toilet and storage should go.
• Which improvements are worth spending more on—and which ones aren’t.

Once the layout is right, then the tile, fixtures, colours and finishing details can bring everything together.

Oakridge Remodeling has been renovating Regina homes since 2016, and every project is backed by our 3-year workmanship warranty.

If you could completely redesign your bathroom, what is the one feature you absolutely wouldn’t compromise on?

A bigger bathroom isn’t always the answer. Sometimes the existing space just needs to work a lot better.

When we plan a bathroom renovation, 3 things can completely change how the room feels:

• More usable vanity and countertop space.
• Storage placed where you actually need it.
• A layout that gives people room to move without everything feeling crowded.

That’s why we look at the entire room before simply replacing what’s already there.

For Regina homeowners planning a renovation: would you rather have a large double vanity or sacrifice some vanity space for a bigger shower?

Most kitchen problems aren’t cabinet problems. They’re layout problems.

For this Eastview renovation, the kitchen was completely replanned to improve the connection to the dining area, open up circulation, add useful storage and create a brighter finish. Approximate investment: $70,000.

If you could fix one thing in your kitchen, would it be layout, storage or lighting?

A bathroom renovation can look perfect on day one and still fail if the work behind the tile wasn’t done properly.

For Regina homeowners, these are 3 areas we don’t cut corners on:

• Proper waterproofing around tubs, showers and other wet areas.
• Correct backing and materials designed for bathrooms—not just regular drywall where it shouldn’t be.
• Clean transitions and installation details designed to hold up for years, not months.

The tile and fixtures are what you see. The work underneath is what protects your home.

Oakridge Remodeling backs our workmanship with a 3-year warranty.

What would you change first in your bathroom: the tub, shower, vanity or the entire layout?

A narrow kitchen doesn't need to feel compromised.

This Regina character-home kitchen kept its personality while gaining tall storage, better light and a galley layout that uses every inch. Green cabinetry, warm wood and brass details made the finished room feel intentional—not generic.

A bathroom renovation is more than the finishes you see.

On Edward Street, opening this small bathroom exposed plumbing, framing, ceiling and electrical conditions that needed to be corrected before the new finishes went in.

The result: a properly rebuilt room with a custom tiled shower, improved lighting and a cleaner layout.

A renovation should deal with what's behind the walls—not just what looks good in a photo.
