Cold weather is right around the corner, but that doesn’t mean hot tub season is over—it’s just getting started!

To keep your soak warm, efficient, and stress-free all winter long, run through this quick maintenance checklist before the freeze hits:

Drain & Refill Early: Refresh your water now before sub-zero temperatures arrive so you're starting the cold season with fresh, clean water.

Inspect the Cover: Check for tears, waterlogging, or gaps in the seal. A tight cover traps heat and prevents freezing.

Clean or Swap Filters: Clean filters ensure strong water flow, which keeps your heater working efficiently and prevents freeze-ups.

Watch the Water Line: Cold, dry air speeds up evaporation. Keep water well above the skimmer line so the heater and pump stay fully primed.

Stay on Top of Water Balance: Test weekly to keep sanitizers and pH balanced and avoid costly equipment damage.

Need winter chemicals, replacement filters, a heavy-duty cover, or a water test? Stop in and see us —we’ve got everything you need to stay cozy all winter!
