National Day for Truth and Reconciliation – A Time to Listen, Learn, and Reflect

At Croft Electric, these words continue to guide us. Truth and Reconciliation is not a single day, but an ongoing journey of reflection, education, and action. We believe that growth is a responsibility, and diversity is a strength. No matter our race, religion, or orientation—what matters is our shared humanity and our willingness to do better.
Our owner, Dan Crofts, reminds us that every individual—of all shapes, sizes, and colors—has a place at Croft Electric. Growth is not only welcomed here; it is encouraged. That’s why we continue to carry the orange ribbon on our hi-vis apparel as a visible symbol of acknowledgment and solidarity.
