Join us in congratulating Justin Yakiwchuk on 10 years of service!

Justin started with us in the field as a Journeyperson Carpenter before transitioning to the office in 2017 as an Estimator, where his knowledge and attention to detail have made him an invaluable part of our team. Known for his strong work ethic and willingness to help others, Justin is always ready to lend a hand and always seems to have a few estimates on the go.

Outside of work, Justin is a dedicated husband and father who loves spending time with his wife and daughters. When he's not with family, you'll often find him working on home improvement projects, tackling renovations both inside and out, or tending to his impressive garden.

Thank you, Justin, for your hard work, dedication, and contributions over the past 10 years. We are grateful to have you on our team and look forward to many more years of success together.

A remarkable career deserves recognition.

After 33 years with Westridge, Dave Labbie has announced his retirement, bringing an incredible 53-year career in the construction industry to a close.

Over the course of his career, Dave has left an incredible mark on our company. Beginning as a Superintendent, he successfully led some of Westridge's most complex and challenging projects. Through his leadership, experience, and commitment to excellence, he later became our General Superintendent, providing guidance and support to our field operations team while also serving as a trusted resource and mentor to our office staff.

Dave has been a trusted leader, mentor, and friend to many throughout his career. Whether managing challenging projects in the field or providing guidance and support from the office, he has always been someone people could count on.

His experience, dedication, and willingness to share his knowledge have helped shape generations of Westridge employees and contributed significantly to the growth of our company. Dave's influence can be seen not only in the projects he helped build, but also in the leaders he helped develop.

As we look back on Dave's career, we're sharing a few of the projects he helped lead. Each one represents a small part of the lasting contribution he has made to Westridge and the communities we work in.

We want to take this opportunity to recognize and thank Dave for his outstanding contributions and 33 years of dedicated service.

Congratulations to Katie Antonenko on 10 years of service with Westridge!

As our Administrative Assistant, Katie has played an important role in keeping the office running smoothly over the past decade. She’s also the friendly and welcoming voice on the other end of the phone when you call Westridge, always ready to help and point you in the right direction.

When Katie isn’t at Westridge, you can find her spending time with her husband or volunteering as a Girl Guides leader.

Congratulations to Silviu Biclea on 5 years with Westridge!

Silviu joined the Westridge team five years ago as a Journeyperson Carpenter before quickly transitioning into the role of Project Coordinator. Since then, he has played a role in the delivery of several major projects, including the Redbear Avenue Pumping Station & Reservoirs and SaskPower Logistics Warehouse Phase 1.

Today, Silviu is working on the Chuka Recreation Centre, Mercedes-Benz Renovation, and Capital Ford Renovation, continuing to bring dedication and teamwork to every project.

Outside of work, Silviu enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and can often be found cooking or BBQing - he's a great cook.

Another major milestone has been reached on the Albert Street North Overpass Rehabilitation project in Regina!

Last week, our team successfully completed all three bridge deck pours, including the final section, marking the completion of the bridge deck. This significant milestone reflects the hard work, coordination, and dedication of everyone involved.

Congratulations to Mike Rieger on 5 years with Westridge Construction!

Over the past five years, Mike has been a hardworking labourer, contributing to a variety of projects including the Indian Head NE Sewage Lift Station, Riverview Estates in Swift Current, and the PTI Expansion in Regina. He is currently part of the team at the Chuka Recreation Centre.

When he's not at work, Mike enjoys spending time with his kids and getting outdoors to fish and hunt.

As a Journeyperson Carpenter, Cale has been a valued member of our team, contributing to a variety of projects over the past five years, including the Regina Police Service Campus Development, Albert Street North Overpass Rehabilitation, and the Redbear Avenue Pumping Station. He is currently putting his skills to work on the Orange Buffalo Lodge project.

Congratulations to Rodney Cote on an incredible 20 years with Westridge Construction!

As a Journeyperson Carpenter, Rodney has been a valued member of our team, contributing his skills and expertise to many significant projects across Saskatchewan. Throughout his career, he has helped deliver projects including Arcola Community School, the SaskPower Maintenance Hub in Estevan, the PTI Transformers Expansion, and the Redbear Avenue Pumping Station & Reservoirs, to name just a few. He is currently part of the team at the George Gordon Water Treatment Plant.

Known for his great sense of humour, Rodney is always ready to bring a smile to those around him. Outside of work, you'll find him cheering on the Oilers, enjoying a round of golf, or tackling renovations on his home.
