Yesterday, the Westridge crews from the Orange Buffalo Lodge and All Nations Hope Centre projects hosted a community lunch on site. It was a great opportunity to connect with community members and share a meal together.

Westridge currently has five projects underway within a five-block radius in Regina's North Central neighbourhood and has had the privilege of contributing to many projects in the area over the years. Today's lunch was organized by our project teams, with superintendents, field staff, and office staff coming together to barbeque, serve lunch, and spend time with members of the community.

Before heading back to their projects, our Superintendents made time for breakfast together.

These get-togethers are a chance to exchange ideas, compare notes, solve problems, and yes, do a little venting too. The conversations around the table help strengthen the teamwork and communication that carry through to our job sites.

Please join us in welcoming Jeremy Christiansen to the Westridge team!

Jeremy joins Westridge as a Project Manager, bringing with him 16 years of construction industry experience. As a Red Seal Journeyperson Carpenter, Jeremy offers a strong technical foundation and a wealth of hands-on industry knowledge.

What makes Jeremy's background especially unique is his experience serving as both a Project Superintendent and Project Manager, giving him a well-rounded perspective on project ex*****on, team coordination, and delivering successful results from the ground up.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time on the lake, making the most of Saskatchewan's great outdoors whenever he has the opportunity.

We're excited to have Jeremy on board and look forward to the knowledge, experience, and leadership he brings to our team. Welcome to Westridge, Jeremy!

A big Westridge welcome to James Sali, our new Safety Coordinator!

James joins us from a safety consulting firm and will be supporting our continued commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. We're excited to have him as part of the team.

When he's not at work, you'll likely find him staying active, playing sports, or enjoying his favorite pastime, ultimate frisbee!

And here's a fun fact about James: he's 6'8" tall, so he's already mastered the art of ducking when stepping into our trailers!

We're thrilled to have you with us, James. Welcome aboard!
