What makes a home “high end?” For us, it’s giving our customers the best possible building structure. Solid concrete walls with insulation on both sides that’s always continuous. This equates to safer, quieter and more comfortable homes. No air leaks. Always peace of mind.

Of course we love beautiful finishes too! But we don’t start with the fancy stuff, we start components that can never been changed later. The walls, insulation, windows.

And if the budget allows for upgraded finishes we are excited to do those, if not and we keep things simple. But guess what… our client still has a “high end” home. This is the Up to Kode difference.

What’s the best term for a garage with an upper suite? Either way this was an awesome project for us. Great clients and it turned out beautifully! This is a 26’ x 40’ ICF garage with a 12’ x 40’ upper space. Slab heat and glycol radiators on the 2nd floor. I guess we better book some professional photos of this one. It’s real nice!
