Last year we added this 28’ x 40’ ICF garage to this house located northwest of Leslieville, Alberta. Funny thing was that we were simultaneously building a custom home in the same yard for another family member. Not only did we have 2 amazing clients but the extra convenience of working at the same location was an added bonus.

Beautiful garage with upper suite in Gull Lake, Alberta. The footprint is 26’ x 40’ utilizing ICF (insulated concrete forms) walls with an attic truss above that encapsulated the floor system. Extra heavy truss design for the gym area. The exterior is a beautiful mix of 24 gauge steel siding with cedar accents and black windows. A boiler runs slab heat for the garage, and baseboard radiators for upstairs with an HRV for fresh air.
