Finished up this 90’x165’ riding arena last week, customer is very happy with the results being cut into a small hill to keep the location she wanted!

✅Close to 1ft of topsoil stripped off the site

✅Clay cut down, placed as fill and packed up to grade in lifts to ensure a good base

✅Final grade and Final pack

✅Spread and grade topsoil around the arena

✅Haul in 8mm minus screened sand Hansen Rock Products

✅Final grade to ensure even sand coverage over the arena

A good Property Maintenance Day yesterday, reclaiming this family’s recreation property so they can enjoy it on the long weekend!

✅ Mowing meadows, ATV/Walking trails and cutting small brush regrowth from previous mulched area’s
✅ Soil conditioner used to cleaned up mulch, roots and debris - prepping soil for re-seeding
✅ Reclaimed a washed out and overgrown walking path down the bank - cutting in a wider path for ATV use as well
