Out with the old, in with the new!
This customer recently purchased a new home and decided it was the perfect time to upgrade the hot water system.
We removed the two older tank-style water heaters and replaced them with a new high-efficiency tankless system. More space, modern equipment, and hot water on demand!
There’s something pretty satisfying about helping a new homeowner start fresh and get their mechanical systems set up the way they want them.

🔧 Tarzan Tip of the Day 🚽
When’s the last time you exercised your toilet shut-off valve?
Every once in a while, gently turn it off and back on. This can help prevent it from seizing up after sitting untouched for years.
⚠️ If it’s stuck, don’t force it! Older valves can start leaking when disturbed.
A simple little maintenance tip that could save you a headache when you actually need that shut-off!

We discovered this beautiful hike, " Aloha." Perfect for kids however, it was 6 hours away but it was so nice to escape the city!

A friendly reminder to remove your hoses from your outdoor faucets.
Most people have a frost free style so you don't have to worry about shutting off the supply however you'd still need to remove your hose so you don't have to worry about it freezing.
If you don't have the style in the picture shown you probably have a shut off and you will need to shut it off and drain it. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.
