We want to take a minute to show some love to Steve.

Steve has been with The Hot Tub Man almost since day one, and he’s been a huge part of building this company into what it is today.

He’s our Service Manager, but he’s also the guy our whole team leans on when things get tricky. When a tech runs into a problem, Steve is usually the first call. When a job goes sideways, Steve is the one we trust to help get it sorted out. He’ll move his own day around, jump in where he’s needed, and make sure the team and our customers are taken care of.

He’s knowledgeable, dependable, calm under pressure, and he genuinely cares about doing things right.

And our customers love him. We hear his name all the time in reviews, messages, and conversations — always for the right reasons.
