We are currently looking for an experienced renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled, dependable, and takes pride in delivering clean, professional results. We are seeking someone who strives to complete jobs in a timely and responsible manner while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism. This role involves a variety of residential renovation and maintenance projects.

โข Residential renovations (framing, drywall, flooring, trim, finishing)
โข Kitchen and bathroom remodels
โข Demolition and site preparation
โข Install doors, windows, cabinetry, and fixtures
โข Small home repairs and basic maintenance
โข Working both inside homes and outdoors in various weather conditions
โข Working safely on ladders and staging
โข Performing tasks on roofs and at various heights
โข Maintain safe, organized job sites
โข Represent the company professionally through your actions, attitude, and workmanship
โข Communicate professionally with clients and team members

โข 3+ years renovation experience
โข Strong knowledge of construction practices and tools
โข Ability to work independently
โข Valid driverโs license and reliable transportation
โข Own basic hand tools
โข Strong work ethic and attention to detail
โข Physically capable of completing tasks related to construction, including lifting, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods
