I would like to share that one of my flagship projects, a log post and beam home I designed and built on Bowen Island in 1996 is up for sale. https://www.buyonbowen.com/listings/view/698855/bowen-island/bowen-island/675-cates-lane

This home won a Georgie Award for the Best Home of its size in British Columbia in 1997 and inspired a number of other round log post and beam homes that followed, one that one Best Home in the US several years later.

Although I still do a large amount of log and timber design, it has become clearer that, as I note on the new site, the true value lies in a transparent, collaborative process that ensures your vision is executed with technical precision. Gained in over forty years in both design and wide range of construction systems, my goal remains to provide professional leadership and deep technical knowledge.

Waterfront Post and Beam home we designed on the Atlantic coast. Finished after a lengthy design process through the Covid period and dealing with lots of regulations being on the waterfront.
