❤️ FROM OUR WHEELS TO OUR HOME

Our food truck has been so much more than a truck. It was where we started, where we learned, where we grew, and where we met so many incredible people.

Moving from our wheels into our own storefront isn’t just a change of location — it’s a dream built together with our community.

Every order, every recommendation, every kind word, and every bit of support helped bring us here.

Words are not enough to thank the people of Prince Rupert. ❤️

We are incredibly proud to say:

MAMI TEMAKI IS FROM PRINCE RUPERT.

And one day, wherever Mami Temaki goes, we will proudly say “We started in Prince Rupert.” 🌎❤️

⸻

🙏 A BIG THANK YOU

Special thanks to PGE Construction & Ray, Lightten Up Electric, Stuck on Design, Yanick, and everyone who helped make our new home beautiful.

And to everyone who worked behind the scenes — thank you for being part of this journey. ❤️

🚚 ONE LAST WEEK ON WHEELS!

September 29 – October 3
Come enjoy Mami Temaki on Wheels one more time! 🚚❤️

🔨 October 4 – 12: Preparing our new home
🎉 October 13: We OPEN OUR DOORS!

A new home. A new chapter. Same Mami Temaki heart. ❤️

Prince Rupert, this celebration is for YOU!

Our Civil crew is just wrapping up the rehabilitation of the Port Edward Public Works Yard. After 50 years of use, it was pooling water and not draining as it should have. We scraped it to remove accumulated organic material, reconfigured it for proper drainage, added 2 inches of crush to the entire site, and compacted it. It now looks new and is ready for asphalt.

Here are a couple of before and after snaps from a job we just completed. A common issue in Rupert is older copper pipes sprouting leaks because of tannins in the water. The solution is removing selected sections of drywall and then replacing the pipes with modern ones. Then comes the drywall and paint repair.
