When you work with quality contractors and true craftsman in their trades it makes a difficult job that much easier. Always a privilege to work with our friends from KRT Contracting!
A wet room leak isn’t a typical call, but hey, it’s like we always say: “There are probably some things we can’t do… we just haven’t found them yet.” 😅
Water was leading through and under these cinder blocks, causing problems outside the room. Colby created a positive slope to a centre drain using dry pack mortar, then our friends at Dauntless Roofing applied a torch-on membrane to seal the room.
Finally, we built a waterproof ceiling and re-set the door to ensure the water stays where it’s supposed to be from now on. 😉
