Happy New Year Rhino family! 2021 was full of challenges and difficulties and yet we persevered, overcame, and succeeded. New friendships were made, new skills were gained, new goals are planned.
We planted millions of trees in the burned landscapes, we fought fires across the province, we tended stands, and collected seed for future reforestation.

Thank you for your efforts and your optimistic spirits! We appreciate you all! We hope 2022 finds you happy, healthy, wealthy, and always sassy 😊🌲

3.9 million trees planted in a month and a half within the Alexis Creek fire from 2017. These trees are planted for carbon sequestration and will NOT be logged or harvested 😁. What a cream show!

We overcame all the challenging/ non existent access. No roads, no problems. Thanks to our management team who stayed 1 step ahead the whole way and ensured a smooth start and finish.

Feels good to be planting close to home with the sole mission of just putting the forest back and keeping it there. Thanks for your hard work Rhinos!!!

NEW RHINO RECORD: $1004.00 day planting 5020 trees @19 cents + 1 cent production bonus, in a regular 11 hour day.

Sometimes foreman says: hey that steep hill sucks, its 19 cents.... And sometimes you get a patch of it that's just a sand box 😅.

Great people are the key to success! We're having an incredibly productive season. Our contracts have been wonderful yet full of challenges. Thank you to our staff for getting in there and making it happen. Also a huge thank you to our planters for respecting each other, our Covid protocols and our professional values.
