CABINET MAKERS/INSTALLERS

Prince George, BC

The Opportunity:
Our busy shop located in Prince George BC is looking for experienced cabinet makers with experience in a custom cabinet setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience with assembly and installation skills. We offer competitive wages based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a fast-paced environment and requires a high degree of attention to detail. You must be able to work as a team player, but also be able to work on your own without constant supervision. This is a full-time position (M-F) with the occasional Saturday.

Experience & Qualifications:
• must be able to read and interpret plans, specs, drawings and cut sheets
• must be able to read a tape measure
• must be able to operate a variety of woodworking machines safely and efficiently
• must be able to build/assemble kitchens, vanities, and custom millwork
• must be able to work with a variety of materials
• may be required to use stains, varnishes, or paints
• must be able to inspect equipment and materials to identify potential problems or defects
• must be able to think for yourself when creating custom pieces
• must be able to work efficiently alone and in a team setting
• must be positive and outgoing and work well under pressure & tight deadlines
• must be willing to do onsite installations
• must be able physically capable of lifting and maneuvering 50+ pounds
• must be punctual and dependable
• must have own transportation
