We offer training, mentorship, and ongoing support to Refrigeration Technicians who are interested in becoming more specialized in the field. The right candidates will be comfortable working on their own and have a genuine desire to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
* Inspect and test refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
* Operate, maintain, repair, troubleshoot and replace refrigeration equipment.
* Improve energy efficiency of the system.
* Install or replace refrigeration equipment.
* Perform regular maintenance on the system.
* Install or replace air conditioning equipment.
* Perform regular maintenance on the system.
* Install or replace air conditioning equipment, such as cooling towers and condensers.
* Provide service to existing equipment.
* Should have good spatial perception and an ability to pay close attention to detail.
* Must have good manual dexterity to work with the tools necessary to cut and assemble HVAC products.
* Should be comfortable working at heights, as well as have an aptitude for mathematics.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Be physically fit for labour intensive work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: based on experience
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
