⛳ FORE!

The Formula crew traded hard hats for golf clubs and spent the day supporting the Northern Regional Construction Association Golf Tournament.

Rain, clouds, sunshine—it didn't matter. It was a great opportunity to support our community, connect with industry partners, catch up with friends, and enjoy a day on the course.

Thanks to the NRCA for hosting another great event and to everyone who stopped by our sponsored hole. We'll see you next year!

Today is FLY DAY in the Northwest Territories.

With the girders installed, it's time to fly in the deck panels and keep these remote bridge projects moving forward. After a brief pause over the winter, our crews are back at it on two bridge projects in one of our favourite places to work.

Building bridges in remote northern regions takes more than construction expertise—it takes planning, logistics, adaptability, and a team that's ready to tackle challenges most never see.

Anyone can work in the city. We thrive where the roads end.

Behind every bridge, pile, and steel girder is a crew of hardworking people who take pride in what they do.

At Formula, we’re proud of the operators, pile drivers, ironworkers, labourers, carpenters, mechanics, and supervisors who continue delivering quality work across Western Canada and the North.

Built by people who care about the outcome.

BC’s renewable energy future is accelerating — and Formula is ready to help build it. ⚡

Projects like the one we did at the Bear Mountain Wind Park (AltaGas Ltd., Aeolis Wind Power Corp) near Dawson Creek helped pave the way for wind energy development in British Columbia, proving large-scale renewable projects can be successfully delivered in remote and challenging environments. The project included turbine foundations, access roads, underground electrical networks, substations, and transmission infrastructure.

With multiple windfarm developments now moving forward across BC, we’re looking forward to supporting developers, Indigenous partners, and communities with the infrastructure required to bring these projects to life.

Been a busy couple of weeks “building bridges” at career fairs with our partners. Big shout out to Sasuchan Development Corporation and Clearwater River Dene Nation for inviting us to be part of these great events.

A lot of planning goes into making these career fairs successful, and it’s great to see the Nations’ economic development teams taking a leadership role in supporting future careers and opportunities within their communities.

Some of the most challenging infrastructure projects in Canada happen where there are no nearby suppliers, limited access, harsh weather, and zero room for delays. That's where FORMULA THRIVES.

From remote bridge construction and piling for highways to structural steel er****on and mine infrastructure, our crews are built for the North and ready to mobilize where others can’t.

🔶 Northern experience matters.

🔶 Ex*****on matters.

There’s something rewarding about revisiting a project months after completion and seeing it doing exactly what it was designed to do.

The Henry Road Bridge Replacement in Smithers, BC is now carrying traffic safely while Kathlyn Creek flows naturally beneath the new structure — a great reminder of why we take pride in the work we do.

Completed last year, this $3.5M project replaced an aging culvert with a new concrete girder bridge, including creek realignment, deep foundations, road reconstruction, and extensive environmental management.

Seeing the finished product continue to serve the community makes all the hard work worth it.

Not every Friday looks like this, but how glorious it is.

Out in the field, turning steel into infrastructure that communities rely on. Welding the future of a bridge somewhere in Beautiful British Columbia.
