Great people create a great team… and apparently great BBQ, too!🔥

Our latest Head Office & Shop cook-off was another great reminder of what makes IDL Projects Inc. special. Friendly competition, incredible gourmet creations, plenty of laughs, and time to connect outside the day-to-day all brought our Have Fun core value to life.

A huge thank you to everyone who fired up the smokers, shared their culinary talents, and helped make the afternoon one to remember. These moments may only last an afternoon, but they're part of what builds the relationships, teamwork, and culture that make IDL such a great place to work. Here's to many more fun events together!

Every year on April 28th, by observing the National Day of Mourning, we pay our respects and remember the thousands of workers who have lost their lives, been injured or suffered illness as a result of work-related incidents across Canada. The Day of Mourning is a stark reminder that to prevent future incidents; we must take care of each other always by acting with vigilance to ensure each person on our team arrives home safely to their loved ones every day.

At IDL Projects Inc., our entire team lives our Core Values, including Taking Care of Each Other. Our world-class safety management system is part of our commitment to each other to ensure we all go home safely. This commitment extends beyond physical safety and includes the mental health of our people as well. This year, Taking Care Of Each Other, staying safe, focusing on your mental health and remaining vigilant are as important as ever. Thank you for your continued efforts during a very unique time.

Our worksites will choose appropriate times to take a moment and commemorate this significant day. In observing this day, our teams not only honour those whose lives have been lost but also take an opportunity to renew our commitment to being courageously vigilant. So let’s all pause on April 28th to honour the lives forever changed and renew our unwavering commitment to make our workplaces safer.
