Summer time means deck season and this year we are taking that to a whole different level with 48 decks to be repaired and/or replaced. Here we erected various scaffolds around the existing decks, after inspecting all of them via man lift. The scaffolds are designed to both carry the weight of the roof above and allow us access to complete the new decks. Clients were kept safe by covering the door frames and hand railing from the outside while the work was commencing. Then its the re frame and dismantle. As always a big thanks to Kelson Group for their continued faith in us and to our awesome crew as well. Could never do this without ya. Cheers and onto the next ....of many decks 😁.

2025 was a big year for us at Pauper Prince Renovations ! We tackled new challenges, rose to new heights and developed even more skills as a company. Having said that we are nothing without the love and support shown to us each and every year by the public and all the different communities we serve in British Colombia. Word of mouth has always been our greatest asset and last year was no different 🤙. But perhaps the biggest thanks goes out to our hardworking and dilligent crew. We aren't happy until you are and these people have embodied that belief along side me and the voting has certainly reflected that. Just putting the finishing touches on our latest project 🤙 Here we have erected scaffold to access the soffits around this building. The height requires a butress for the scaffolding to meet code. The soffits in this case are actually stucco (thats a first for us ). We removed the old stucco while protecting the windows and awnings with plywood, rope all the debris down, replace with new white ones after repairing any rot we came across and installed new facia throughout. Over 900 feet in total ,this one was a doozy but the crew did us proud the entire job and we are very grateful for everyone who worked on this project safely and effectively!! Big thanks to Kelson Group for the continued faith they put in us with their buildings and on to the next 🍻.
