Always happy when I get to play in the adult sandbox. Still got lots more work to do around the shop over the next few days but it’s taking shape

Thoma Sand & Gravel and I Made a heat shield for the woodstove last night. It’s for the new shop to keep the wall behind it cool.

Had just the right pieces of scrap steel laying around. Nice and heavy duty compared to overpriced Chinesium store bought ones.

More landscaping again today. Most of the day was on the dozer setting the final grade and sloping for drainage. Next step skimmed the surface with the Skidsteer to make it smooth and remove the dozer track marks.

Will be more updates as we near completion.

Spent the entire day working on the shop and spreading gravel and grading it all around the shop. Just had to park the rig and Skidsteer in there for a quick look.

Tomorrow the electric is being hooked up and will have power to the doors and lights.
