🐇pitch hopper🐇

We’ve been using this handy gadget to work on steep roofs.👷‍♂️It provides a flat surface to stand on for roofs with a pitch of up to 12/12. It’s foam bottom adheres to the roof with body weight, which prevents us from sliding around, making it much safer. It’s also so more compact than what we were previously using for this purpose… couch cushions, believe it or not! Whilst they did the job, the pitch hopper is simply more reliable.🙌🏻

Quality Roofing is hiring for ✌🏻positions running from May to September in Prince Albert.

➡️ The first is a casual labourer who will help roofers by handing them materials, cleaning up, prepping, etc. (We are happy to train to shingle as well if interested!) No experience is needed for this position, so it’s ideal for students who are interested in pursuing the trades.

➡️ We’re also hiring a full-time roofer. Must have a minimum of five years experience in shingling.

Shovelling… You may not mind it after the first couple snowfalls of the year. Right now, you’re probably getting sick of it☃️🙄 Shovelling can also be so labour intensive, which is why we’re offering snow removal this year!

It’s also important to make sure to clear off your roof if you’ve got a build up of heavy snow. This most commonly causes ice damming, but can also lead to more severe damage to your home. Don’t worry, though, we do rooftop snow removal too🙌🏻

This time of year is a joy for lots of us, surrounded by family and friends, but it’s also the most difficult for many. Either way, we’re wishing you peace, love, and hope…AND that you’re staying warm while it’s -1000000 degrees outside🥶

I’ll save the countless “thank yous” for a different post highlighting our year as a business. But for now, be kind, support local if you can, and remember that the holidays are about so much more than material items.
