did some digging today and its definitely getting colder outside. The ground wasn't frozen quite yet so you still have time for some last minute digs, but don't wait to long the forecast doesn't look good for next week...

Well not much time left now for people who want to get that last minute trench dug or repair done to their homes. Maybe you have a stump that needs to be dug out or you want to put that gas line in to the shop before the snow flies. Well its been a busy fall so far... Still have time if people need to get those foundation repairs done before the snow is here again... Call me for an estimate because there is nothing worse than that wet basement feeling in the spring!

From start to finish, only hiccup was another local well known contractors feeble attempt to fix this customers foundation leak. Thats a little over a yard of cement that was just free poured beside the foundation wall. Of course over the period of a couple years the concrete moved away from the wall creating a funnel effect every time it rained. The customer said it would come in like a faucet when it was raining outside. Hopefully he will have a dryer basement in the future. I cleaned the wall, filled the crack and then covered it all with the waterproofing membrane. I also put a yard of crushed rock in hole on the weeping tile to help it flow away if it does get near the wall.

Time to fill some holes! But my shovel man is still sleeping oh well I guess I will do this one alone.
