For a few years I had a very hard time growing Goji berries. They just didnt thrive or the black ones just died. I moved this one at the end of the season last year and this year it has gone completely wild. It completely took over the area and sent off very very long tentacles/runners.

Does any one have experience with Goji berry plants? Is this normal? Do I prune it in the spring and keep it more managed next year? Also, it really didn't produce a lot of berries so I am not sure if it is happy or not happy.

I was looking for something to add some height, structure, and texture to my front flower bed and was recommended the Tiger Eyes Sumac. It should reach 6 feet high in spread and height. I will move things as necessary as it grows. I love it!!! Thank you Rideau Woodland Ramble for always providing fantastic plants and advice.

I added Seabuckthorn's to my orchard because of the super high vitamin C content in the berries. Unfortunately, I have yet to harvest any of the berries to process but I do eat them off the trees. The thorns on the branches are very sharp.

Much to my dismay, the trees have been sending out numerous suckers. The suckers have reached all the way into my garden and into my row of blueberries. It has crossed my mind that I may just pull them out.

Has any one else had experience with these trees? Are they worth the trouble?
