🍽️Before and After: Kitchen

The previous kitchen layout was awkward and did not make good use of the space. With this new layout, traffic flow through the home has been improved and now the owners have a beautiful kitchen with a stellar view of the backyard and lots of light!

🛁Before and After: Bathroom

Out with the old and in with the new! The new layout of this home required the bathroom to be relocated to the otherside of the home. Thanks to Coastal Interiors for a beautiful tile install👌

🛁Assignment: Build a spacious luxury bathroom with a view

So that's what we did! The old bathroom was narrow, uncomfortable and backed into and equally unusable office space. After removing the wall in between and installing a new window, we were left with a wide open and bright space. New heated marble tile floors keep it cozy☺️

🏠Here's a fun before and after of a full interior/exterior renovation we did. After the interior layout was rethought for a better flow and storage, all the windows were updated, new metal roofing was installed and a brand new exterior complete with exterior insulation for a superior energy performance. Oh yeah, and we got rid of that hideous entry!
