Another one wrapped up this week in Bethany! 🏡🖤

What a difference the black makes on this home! All new black windows and doors installed, giving the exterior a fresh, updated look while keeping everything clean and classic against the brick.

The weather definitely didn’t make this one easy. 🌧️ The boys pushed hard through the rain this week to keep things moving and get everything completed for these clients

This project was completed for Hugo’s Windows & Doors, and we’re happy to be part of bringing another transformation together.

Another egress complete in Cobourg! 💪🪟

This one was a day. 😅 A big cut-out, a whole lot of concrete, even more dirt to lug out, and definitely a little stress along the way — but some days that’s just part of the job!

The boys worked hard getting through the cut, digging everything out, installing the new egress window and well, and making sure the site was cleaned up before calling it a day.

These jobs are a lot more work than the finished picture makes them look, but another one done and another basement with proper natural light and a safe exit. 👌

This Bowmanville home received a bold exterior refresh! Before getting started, we created a visual to help our clients picture the finished design—and it was amazing watching that vision come to life.

Today the crew was in Newcastle tackling a couple of door upgrades! 🔨🏠

We started with the upper deck entry door, removing the old, dated door that had been leaking and had developed some rot over the years. We replaced it with a wider new door slab complete with a vented insert, giving the homeowners the option to let some fresh air flow into their living space while still keeping the entry secure.

At the back of the home, we also removed and replaced the original patio door, giving the space a much-needed update and improving both function and efficiency.

Another day of taking out the old and giving this home some fresh, functional upgrades! 🙌

A little behind on posting this one, but we tackled this project last week! 🔨

These existing windows were in need of a little extra protection, so our crew installed custom-bent aluminum capping around each window to help protect the exposed wood from the elements.

Not only does the new aluminum give the windows a cleaner, finished look, it also helps prevent future rotting, weather damage, and ongoing painting maintenance — making the exterior much easier to maintain for years to come.

Sometimes it’s the smaller exterior upgrades that can make a big difference in protecting your home!

Wrapping up the day with some big changes already happening on this Bowmanville transformation! 🔨🏡

Today we:
🔹 Removed the old front door overhangs, instantly opening up and brightening the entrance
🔹 Tore down the existing soffit and fascia along the front and replaced it with a fresh black finish
🔹 Added two new double casement windows to the upper side of the home, bringing in more natural light and giving the exterior an updated look

And we’re just getting started! 👀 There’s still lots more to come as we continue working our way around this home with new soffit, fascia, eavestrough and siding.

Stay tuned for the full transformation — this one is going to look completely different when we’re finished!

✨ Here’s the final finish — we’re officially wrapped up in Trenton!
