METAL ROOF! 🏡

We tore off deteriorated roofing shingles and installed a beautiful majestic rib coffee brown metal roof!
When installing a metal roof, it’s important to use proper underlayment, strapping, flashings and ventilation. 🔨
On this project we removed an old antenna tower, filled in the old roof vent holes, installed necessary underlay/strapping/flashings and cut in a ridge vent for proper ventilation. ➡️
