Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Telecommunication Technician/Rigger to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly with rigging, installation, and maintenance services. This role requires the ability to work on both communication towers and rooftops in a variety of weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rigging, installations, inspections, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment
Install, troubleshoot, and repair antennas, cabling, and other telecom equipment
Safely work at heights on both towers and rooftops to perform essential tasks
Perform high-level rescue operations when necessary, ensuring safety at all times
Work with team members to ensure all projects are completed on time and within safety standards
Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to all safety procedures and industry standards
Keep detailed records of work performed, including inspections and equipment installations
Collaborate with field supervisors and clients to ensure clear communication and efficient operations

Requirements:

3 years of experience in telecommunication work, rigging, or a related field
Experience with working at heights, including both towers and rooftops (required)
Experience with high-level rescue procedures and techniques (required)
Ability to work in various weather conditions and climates
Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment, including fall protection and personal protective gear
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, and work in physically demanding environments
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team environment
Willingness to travel as required for projects
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with fiber optic splicing and/or microwave installation
First Aid/CPR certification
