Our jobsite for this weekend.

We have been asked by the Amlilas Daycare to design and build an outdoor signboard with a roof, just on the corner of the lot. A local artist hand carved a gorgeous sign that will be attached to this board, this will be revealed next week.

We decided to use cedar product instead of pressure treated. We had some yellow cedar components from an old duogong project that we've been working on, which lock and hold the ridgebeam into place. We used a variety of joinery techniques from around the pacific west and inspired asia-pacific joints and overhang techniques.

Overall, we are having a blast, working with wood, doing what we love to do.

Thanks for your hard work Art and Noah, still working on the small rafters and strapping at the top end. We will use cedar shingles to finish it off and im already excited to see it done

Our largest project to date!

Nearly a year from excavation to final details. This build brought complexity, coordination, and real challenges along the way.

We worked alongside the Whe-La-La-U to help bring their vision to life. This building will become a gathering place for their communities.

This project pushed us, strengthened our operation, and marks an important step forward for our company.

We look forward to seeing this space come to life and be used for generations. 😊👏

Before and after

We’re happy to have completed this deck enclosure for the Gwa’sala-‘Nakwaxda’xw Nations.

This project involved reworking and enclosing an existing deck to create a bright, protected space with natural light and ocean views. 🌊

This also marks our first completed project operating as Three Pole Construction, with our new name and logo moving forward.

Proud of the finished result and grateful to be trusted with this work 🧡

We have been working on a deck rebuild for the Gwa’sala-‘Nakwaxda’xw Nations Language and Culture Program.

We are enclosing the space while keeping the ocean view open 🌊

This area is used by Elders who share their knowledge to be taught to the next generations.

Our crew’s been working on relocating the ‘Namgis First Nations’ smokehouse and storage shed to their new spot. It’s been a tricky one, but the team handled it solid 💪 We’re glad to help get these essential community buildings back in place and ready to be used safely again.

That’s Noah in the photos, our first-year apprentice carpenter. He’ll be heading off soon to college to start his carpentry apprenticeship! We’re proud to see him take that next step and proud to support young workers and our community along the way 🔨

We just completed this Trex composite deck in a beautiful neutral tone that pairs perfectly with the home’s exterior 🌿🏡 Trex offers a wide range of color choices, giving you the look of natural wood with the long-term durability of composite.
