🏡 You asked, We answered!

🏡 So… what actually comes with a new Walker Home?

This is one of our favourite questions because there are so many features included as standard that you may not realize!

We believe the things that make a home feel special shouldn’t always have to be an upgrade.

Have a question about what’s included? Send it our way!

🎃 PUMPKINFEST 2026! 🎃

One of the things we love about Port Elgin is that there’s always something to look forward to! 🍂

Pumpkinfest is back October 3rd & 4th with giant pumpkins, an incredible car show, vendors, entertainment, family fun and so much more! 🎃🚗

Just another example of why Summerside is such a great place to call home — close to the beach, close to the action, and part of a community with so much to enjoy. ❤️

🏡 FIRST-TIME BUYER? SAVE THIS.

Buying your first home is exciting… but it can also feel like a LOT to figure out. 🏡

If you’re thinking about buying a new home, save this post. 📌

From understanding your total budget and what’s included, to deposits, closing costs, timelines and warranty coverage — these are some of the things we think every first-time buyer should understand before signing on the dotted line.

And remember: you don’t have to know everything before you buy. Ask questions — that’s what we’re here for. 💬

We’d love to help you understand the process, answer your questions and see what’s available.
