Is your glass half full or half empty? Ours is half full. Not everyday is all fun and games. Sometimes we have mishaps. Some more serious than others. Luckily today, no one got hurt. And the equipment only suffered cosmetic damage. Fortunately, everything is all straightened up now. Ready to “roll” again! 😆

Finished up phase 1 of this cottage lot transformation. We had it mulched in the spring, then beginning of August, we started hauling fill to build and shape it up for a future lawn. It’s taken us longer than I would’ve liked. Between weather, prior commitments, mechanical issues, and renter scheduling, we finally got this step completed.
All it needs now is topsoil, but that is a future project. Finally remembered to get Some before and after pictures. 🙂

This week we started another front lawn project.
This cottage was peaking through the trees for their water front views. We had our friends at Beal & Inch come in and mulch it flat. And we’ve begun the process of hauling in fill to level the ground off, build a yard, and get rid of the
Mosquito breeding grounds. Stay tuned, more pics to follow as we progress!
