Before & after photos of this local 140 year old century home!!

We completed this project a couple of months back & we could not be happier with how it all turned out.

Our list of work completed includes:
•Main floor & upper level
•Ceilings
•Walls
•Trim
•Doors
•Kitchen Cabinets
•Stair-set (treads left open for carpet)
•& more!

Since then they have had all the hardwood floors refinished, carpet replaced & vinyl plank added in kitchen/dining.

This 140 year home was no easy task but the final result is truly stunning 😍

Oil base trim/doors had to be sealed & repainted with multiple coats, raw paneling/cabinet doors primed/painted, all new drywall complete including primer + 2 coats of wall/ceiling paint & so much more little work to bring it all together. All products used were by Benjamin Moore, all antique parts of the home that could be repurposed were repurposed & its new fresh paint job tells a story the new homeowners can love.

Main open concept area, den & stairwell complete using Oatmeal from Dulux’s low sheen eggshell line. Bathroom done in Dust Bunny using Kitchen & Bath. All ceilings complete using Expert ceiling paint. Love this new look 😍 Thanks Katrina Ferguson & staff from Dover Paint & Paper for working closely with us on this one 👍🏼

Pretty special moment for us at McGi Painting.
