Living space opened! 15.5’ x 8’ aluminum bi-folding door install at 7550 Colleen St in Burnaby — black finish, in and out.

This 5-panel system completely opens up the back of the home to the covered patio, blending the indoor living space with the outdoor kitchen and pool area. Whether fully open for entertaining or closed up with the slim black sightlines, it’s a clean, seamless transition between indoors and out.

100 feet of opening possibilities.

We’re proud to have completed approximately 100 lineal feet of custom aluminum folding windows for the new Side Bar Restaurant in Chilliwack.

Designed to maximize natural light and connect guests to the outdoors, this installation opens the restaurant to sweeping views of the Fraser Valley and the rugged Coast Mountains beyond.

When fully opened, the entire dining experience transforms—fresh air, panoramic scenery, and an unobstructed connection to the landscape that makes the Fraser Valley such a special place to live and visit.

Projects like this showcase what’s possible when architects, builders, and fabricators work together to create spaces that blur the line between inside and out.

A special acknowledgment to Unger Windows & Doors – Commercial Division, who supplied and installed the surrounding curtain wall system that complements this project beautifully. The combination of commercial glazing and custom folding window systems creates a seamless connection between the interior and the stunning landscape beyond.

Your living room just got bigger. 🌿
This West Vancouver home on Dufferin Ave got a stunning transformation late summer 2025 — featuring two custom Lexario bifold door systems: a 3-panel at 9' wide and a 5-panel at 12' wide, both in our split finish — black exterior, white interior — seamlessly matching the home's aesthetic inside and out.
Fully open, they dissolve the wall between a bright dining room and a covered outdoor living room complete with ceiling heaters, skylights, and an outdoor TV. BC weather doesn't stand a chance. ☀️🌧️

Two 7-foot, 3-panel Lexario folding doors — opening in opposite directions with a fixed glass lite centre — and suddenly this living room has no walls. Split finish (black exterior / white interior) colour works well.
Closed, they frame the view like art. Open, the backyard becomes part of the house. The fire pit doesn't hurt either.
