Oh we’ve been busy. Check out this huge outdoor project in progress. This is a massive hardscape project with Allan blocks, new back patio, new windows, and all fresh landscaping with turf, loaded garden beds and a vegetable garden in the back. Once permits are passed we will be giving the entire front a fresh new look with an updated modern entrance, bay window and new garage doors and driveway 👌🏻 More to come!

Another work in progress. We are currently working on the external transformation. Total overhaul of the back yard. We will be pouring a new concrete retaining wall with lighting installed as well as a concrete pad for an above ground swimming pool and then some landscaping to finish. All new siding around the upper half of the house with hardi shingles in the gables. New soffits with lighting installed. New windows all around. Demo’d old deck, resheeted and installed wood grain vinyl decking with black railings. Once this is complete we will be on to phase two inside for a main floor transformation.
