Flames rolling out from a boiler are never a good sign. That’s what we found in New Westminster when we arrived to check out a heating issue.

The burners were covered in debris and the heat exchanger was plugged, so we took everything apart. After cleaning each part, purging the heat exchanger with nitrogen, and putting it all back together, the burner fired up cleanly and the boiler reached its set temperature.

Cold days in Delta mean every minute without heat matters. We headed out to a commercial site where the rooftop unit’s control board had failed, leaving the building without reliable warmth.

Sometimes it’s the simple things that make the biggest difference. During our latest HVAC maintenance in White Rock, we changed out six heavily used filters on the makeup air unit and replaced a broken belt on the rooftop exhaust fan. We also gave the heat exchanger a full check and cleaned the flame rod.
