Operating a business presents its challenges, and it can be disheartening when individuals express negative feedback on social media without considering the impact it has on small businesses, which is our only source of income. It is also important to consider that there are multiple perspectives to every situation, that we will never discuss on social media. Today we received a thoughtful card along with a payment after completing a holding tank installation from the homeowners. These small gestures serve as a powerful reminder of the value and purpose behind our work! It may take us time to get the job completed as we have a small crew BUT
