Before a single line gets drawn, there’s a site visit.

For this one, that meant a float plane up to Killarney, to a stretch of Northern Ontario shoreline earmarked for a new family home.

Principal Designer Alex Foreshew walks the land for the first time: reading the shoreline, the tree line, how exposed the site is to the water, and what the property is already offering before any design begins.

This is the first look at the Fenix project.
