A new feature we’re proud to highlight on our website: the work completed at Somass Hall for the Tseshaht First Nation.

Working alongside general contractor , Skytec played an integral role in delivering the building envelope for this project.

This project brought together thoughtful design, durable materials, and community-focused construction — including its role as an emergency gathering place. We’re excited to showcase some of the details behind the build and the products that helped bring the vision to life.

We always appreciate the opportunity to partner with the Tseshaht First Nation on their building projects.

We could not be happier to see Tanice Mast win the Woman in Construction Award at the Vancouver Island Building Industry Awards on Friday evening.

Hosted at the BC Royal Museum and IMAX theatre in Victoria, the Skytec team headed down to celebrate excellence in the building industry on Vancouver Island.

A project designed to stand up to the West Coast climate while bringing clean lines and lasting durability to the finished build. From the envelope system to the final soffit details, this one was all about quality craftsmanship from start to finish.
