Fall 2023. Licensed vacation rental (https://www.chims.ca/) on highway out of town towards Tofino. Owner purchased several prefabbed mobile trailers and required covered decks for their guests. Nate Collins of Nate's Sundecks contacted me to frame the two decks and awnings for the remaining two trailers to work with him and the owner to build something that is structurally sound and met their design requirements.

Another kitchen project from fall of 2022. 1930's built house, new owners are putting their own personal touches to the place, but wanting to keep some of the original aesthetic. Decision was to keep the existing built-in cabinets, but update the colours. New quartz countertop and backsplash. Range located in the island to be kept, but with new appliance and addition of a downdraft range hood. Coffee and wine bar where fridge was, and fridge relocated.

Another project brought to completion. An old, cold, basement getting an update - electrical panel upgrade and new circuitry, plumbing, insulation, sound dampening, drywall, flooring, bathroom and food prep area. No intention of being a secondary suite or rental, but incorporated fire separation and sound proofing as good construction practice.

A bathroom reno recently completed for a local couple. Requirement to have a raised, wall-hung vanity to minimize bending over the sink. Replaced a 4' shower pan with another, but tiled the walls with product from a local supplier. Built and installed towel cubbies to make use of the 1' space between shower and pocket door wall. Toilet is a recent addition to the family, so it was reused..

Schluter metal trim, corner shelf, and footrest. Moen valves and trim. Ove glass door.
