Working in older buildings definitely comes with its challenges, but the transformations can be incredibly rewarding. Removing this structural wall completely changed the feel of the space—bringing in more natural light and creating a much more functional layout.
The client did an amazing job preserving the original woodwork, finishing the beams and posts in a way that really honors the character of the building.

Full home remodel starting with the main floor.

We’re opening the space by removing walls and installing our signature in-house fabricated steel posts for a clean, minimal look. The project features custom kitchen cabinetry, a built-in entertainment center with propane fireplace, new hardwood floors throughout, and a stunning hardwood ceiling detail in the kitchen.

Often neglected, the garage is a crucial area of the home that can benefit from insulation to enhance the house's overall energy efficiency. The addition of an epoxy floor prevents salt from damaging the concrete and reduces dust when sweeping.

This basement had prior flooding issues stemming from foundation cracks water was prevented from reaching the drain. The installation of Teksill at the bottom of the basement wall on top of an epoxy floor ensures unimpeded water flow to the drain and allows the framing to dry out completely, even after significant water exposure. By using Teksill, tons of debris are kept out of landfills, contributing to a basement environment that is dry and free from mold and mildew.
