We are currently hiring for two positions at the Mesgi'g Ugju's'n 2 (MU2) Wind Farm:

🔧 Service Technicians
👷 Site Lead

If you’ve been thinking about getting into the wind energy field, this is a great opportunity to get started. Minimal experience is required for the Service Technician role. Nordex North America will provide all training needed, and employees will be paid from the start of training.

These opportunities are being shared first with members of Micmacs of Gesgapegiag, Nation Micmac de Gespeg, and Listuguj Mi'gmaq Government before opening more broadly next week.

In collaboration with First Peoples Innovation Centre, the LMDC will be hosting a Fab Lab for 10 weeks (Paid Training) — bringing hands‑on creative technology training to our community!

We are seeking 12 interested participants to join us starting:

Participants must be:
Indigenous youth aged 17 to 30+ years old
Unemployed
Not currently attending school
Listuguj Mi'gmaq

🔧 Explore and learn with creative tools such as:
Micro:Bits
3D Printing

CNC Milling
Digital Design & Prototyping
