Reno All Improvements was recently hired to do a roof repair. As seen in the first video the shingles came off very easily which means ineffective installation from the company that completed the previous roof replacement. Some shingles had already come off on their own leaving parts of the roof exposed to the elements.

It always saddens us as a roofing company to see improperly installed roofs that don’t properly protect client homes from the weather. Not only does Reno All Improvements care about what happens while we’re on site, we also care about how our work holds up years afterwards.

Reno All Improvements is expanding our business!

We’re looking for experienced hard workers in the following positions around Ottawa and the surrounding areas:

General/Roofing Labour
•Looking for someone to do job site cleaning and loading, you will eventually be trained to do ripping and setting up roofs.
•1+ years experience preferred.
•Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and must be willing to commute to assigned job sites, a ride may be provided depending on your location.
•Driver’s license is an asset, would prefer working at heights certification (if none or expired company will provide).
•Wage based on experience.
•Full-time permanent.
•Dental care, extended health care, life insurance and vision care.
