Acreage development!

Finishing touches to this beautiful place in the hills we have been working on developing.
We placed and graded out 1.5” or 40mm crush gravel on the steep driveway to prevent washouts while still having a nice crush gravel finish!

Concrete recycling!♻️

Take a look at the transformation from a big ugly concrete rubble pile to usable 20mm material product.
We crushed this concrete down to 20mm crush for future projects. Good for driveways, shop yards, farm yards, feedlot pens and you name it, and it will work.

Take a peak at all the rebar and metal we separated for recycling ♻️ as well!

Helping keep our country side looking pristine and turning waste materials into perfect base and reusable product.

Customer was happy with the finish as can be heard.

West Tumbleweed phase 1 update.
End of June we began the North/South run to the cul-de-sac.
Water main installed, pressure tested, chlorinated and certified.
Storm line, manholes and catch basins installed
Sanitary and manholes installed
All main line completed and building services installed.
Just starting to build up the road and bring the grade to the finish plan!

More aggregate on the ground!
Proving the “Aggregate” in our name is worth its while!
Hammered out several thousand tonne over a few days time and on to the next!
Time to crunch some concrete.

Tumbleweed crescent phase 1 project update.

Middle of June saw us finish up the storm and sanitary lines+manholes on the east/west road.
Next comes the North/south portion to the end of the cul-de-sac with the Water main, Sanitary, Storm and then build the road.

Nothing wrong with a little mid July rain!
We usually don’t get rained out, Mostly just rained on.
Some of the crew have been working on wrapping up service lines to the new housing units at Tumbleweed court.
With the dry weather and wind lately this moisture worked perfect for compacting.
